Johnson & Johnson Keeps The Tylenol Recall Express Rolling

In advance of its Worst Company In America Sweet 16 bout against WellPoint, Johnson & Johnson has given us all a reminder of why they made the list to begin with, announcing yet another recall of a Tylenol product.
This time, the company's McNeil Labs division — so crappy it has its own website dedicated to recalls — has recalled one product lot of Tylenol 8 Hour Extended Release Caplets (150 count bottles) following complaints of a "musty or moldy odor."
Once again, the culprit is believed to be chemicals with the tongue-tripping names 2,4,6-tribromoanisole (TBA) and 2,4,6-trichloroanisole (TCA).
"This voluntary action is being taken as a precaution and the risk of adverse medical events is remote," reads a company statement.
The recalled lot number, which can be found on the side of the bottle label, is ADM074. The UPC code is 300450297181.
If you happen to own some of this recalled Tylenol, the company says to stop using it and call 1-888-222-6036 (Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Time) for instructions about receiving a refund or product coupon. Consumers who have medical concerns or questions should contact their healthcare provider.
